Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The room got my family of six with no issues space wise. The shower products were excellent especially for a hotel. The suite had a dishwasher, full size fridge, dishes plus utensils all of which was a bonus as it was unexpected. Plenty of storage if you are going to be there for an extended stay. The room was very nice and I would love to stay again if we are ever in the area again

Eveything - King size room was very roomy and included comfortable pull out sofa, large screen TV and full sized kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast included was amazing! Ready-made egg sandwiches were hot and delicious. Coffee/tea available at any time. LARGE eating area; plenty of tables available including a covered outside area with gas firepit which was also available for relaxing in the evening. Outdoor swimming pool was of a decent size, large bath towels provided. A sitting area with tables/chairs nearby with a gas grill available. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

clean and attentive. next door room was noisy with loud music at midnight and the front desk staff came up immediately after calling and the noise was gone. I really appreciate the effort to control these issues by unruly guests. was also very close to restaurants and shops yet huddled away from main roads or walkways.

Location was convenient. Appreciated their pet friendly policy - wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. One gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant - wish I had gotten his name. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Didn’t have occasion to use it, but the outdoor grill looked convenient.

Excellent location for getting to Biltmore. Good options to dine (both sit down & fast food) close by. Very clean rooms; comfortable beds. Great pressure & temp on the showers. Loved the workout room & equipment. Great deck with fire pits & warmers to enjoy.

Loved the premade egg sandwiches. Decent selection of breakfast items. Rooms were spacious.

Staff exceptional. Best breakfast at any standard hotel and real dishes and silverware. No plastic or paper. Room was large, spotless and quite comfortable. We had a suite. Lots of storage space. Nice kitchenette with small full size refrigerator and dishwasher!
